I was contacted by Victoria Samson from Federal Lending & Bank. She said that I had been approved for a $10,000 unsecured loan.

She sent me a contract that I signed and sent back. When I contacted her she said that the lender was wanting the first 5 months payments in advance to secure the loan.

The next person that I was referred to was Miranda.

I sent them $1000.00. The loan was to be funded immediately. When I contacted them again because the money was not put in my account, I was told that they wanted another payment because of my credit. This happened twice.

I was e-mailed a guarantee letter stating that no more funds would be required and that the money would go into my account immediately after they received the last payment.

I called to check on it and the money had not gone in. I called Miranda back and told her that the money was still not in my account. She promised that it would be in there that night, that the loan had been processed. That was Friday June 6, 2008.

It still is not in there.

They have taken the sum of $2,000.00 from me.

When I told them that I wanted my money back, they said that it would take 35 business days for me to get it back. This was before the final promise.

I just want my $2000.00 back and this company stopped.

Thank you

You have been swindled. There is no loan, there never was. There is only scummy people who prey on the gullible, and got you to send them $2000.

Anyone in this situation should ask why they don't add fees to the loan? If a lender won't do that, walk away FAST!
