I received a letter from the IRS regarding a debt from federal pacific credit company llc. I was supposed to accrue.

The letter stated a cancellation of debt. The sale date of this supposes debt was 06-24-2008, I was terminated from a job 6-19-2008, and this debt was after that.

I didn't accrue this amount of $1,786 without an income. That's stupid.
I'm very caution when it comes to spending, especially when I don't have the money to spend.

I was only receiving unemployment, and everyone knows that's not enough to keep you afloat.

I haven't had a job since that termination.  I have been very limited to spending because of my situation.

This has been going on for a long time (my spending limit) for the purpose, I'm a single woman, and I've been having a lot with trying to find a jobs. A job is my source of income.

I'm very concision of my finance, 'cause I've never had a lot of money. So I know this has to be fabricated.  Right now I've been out of work for 2yrs.,1 month and 16 days to the date. How can I accumulate something like this?

I have no money as of now, Im being evicted as of now, possible repossession of my car and know place to stay.

It scared me when I got this letter from IRS, I felt I've always complied with the government to do what's right and to get a letter of this magnitude . It's enough to piss any person off..
