My wife and I own a Seafood market and deli we change from national bank card services over to federated payment systems. When we open the account we told a sales rep named Nina that we where retailers and wholesalers and that 80% od our transactions would be card swipe at our POS terminal and 10% would be by phone and 10% would be imprinted. and 90% of transactions would be between $ 50.00 and $ 150.00 10 % would be more. We had a $ 1300.00 wholesale transaction with a customer they held the money for 2 weeks and after that

I contacted them several times speaking to risk managment a lady named Nicole Walker. She told me all that had to be done was verification on the transaction and she would release the funds a week goes by no money so I contact her again and she said it wasn't her that had it held up it was my customers credit card company, so I contact him and we three way his bank and they said that the transaction was approved on the day the card was swipe so we all three do a confrence call to mrs Walker and she repeatedly said it was my customers bank that was the problem and then I let her know all three was on the phone and she then hung up on us. I tried repeatedly to talk to a supervisor but was told that she was it. if I had a problem I must talk to her.

She finally quit answering the phone and never did return a call to us. So after all of this I finally left a message that stated my concerns of her being a lier and having know respect of another and I felt she had no morals and then we called had someone else to call and ask for her. She than got on the phone and the phone was handed to me. I once again had a chance to confront her. Her responce was she had terminated our account and would be holding our funds for 6 months.

So If you would like to avoid this type of problem in your life stay clear of this company and Nicole Walker. I geus the ball quits rolling at her becuase no one is availble to talk to after her. This lady is wouldn't know how to tell the truth if it bit her on the a*s.

I first wrote this report due to a employee that worked for the above company. I was contacted by the vice president and he not only gave me my money and restored my account he gave me his home and cell phone numbers for future contact and he has turned out to be a great guy and a good problem solver. the company has turned out to be a pretty good company I'm now doing business with them again and have had no problems. Mr Victor Marotta is now over risk managment and is doing a great job, it may be worth while to give them a try.

Thanks to the management group that solved my problem.
