Ordered a small steam table for my restaurant on nov 8 2006 was supposed to be delivered on Monday nov 13 2006 Fed ex claims we were closed but i received other packages from fed ex that day also if we not around no door tag was left tuesday the 14 th no steam table no door tag wednesday claims that it could not be delivered do to bad weather but again received numerous other packages from fed ex thursday the 15 th driver shows up and starts talking loudly about why he has complaints on the package i asked him to not be so loud as people were eating i took him aside and told him if he could not act professional he needed to leave and to get some one else to deliver the package.

He left i called fed ex told them of the problem and was transfered to his supervisor. i explained the problem he agreed with and told me that he would work on getting someone else to deliver the package now some 9 days later i see that the package is in portland oregon wich is about 375 miles away and is on its way back to the shipper so here iam out my money and no product. if anyone cares to check it out you can look it up
