Someone hacked my grandmother's Facebook account and began messaging me. She has never messaged me before. "She" quickly starts telling me about a government grant service that can provide $90,000 for a $2,000 processing fee. The hackers provided a none government email address (scottjeffs615@gmail.com) and said this Scott Jeff is a government employee. They also try to make you act quickly by saying you need to pay quickly as it is a limited time offer. It is easy to identify the hackers with poor grammer, inconsistent word choices for the person they are impersonationg (i.e. legit from a 90 year old) and nother being abe to answerve personal questions. They promise delivery by UPS in 24 hours of receipt of the payment fee. After confronting them on the scam, they tried to switch to another scam of needing help and money because they are stuck overseas. All of this within minutes of telling us they just received $90,000. Beware of this scam!
