I ordered a grant kit from them, They were only supposed to debit my account $1.14 for shipping & handling, a one time fee.

I still haven't recieved the kit.

Then when I checked my account, this week, They had taken $39.95 out of my account.

I called my bank and they said, there wasn't any way to put a stop payment on it. It had already gone through.

The bank said once I filed a Ripoff Report, and FEDGRANTUSA was checked into and found that there was a problem. They would need something showing that FEDGRANTUSA, is guilty of ripping off people, then and only then would replace the money and the overdraft fee that I was charged because of this.

I'm on disability and I have enough to worry about with out this happening.

I had the same experience as the person in this report. I tried sending an email to
customerservice@cshelp.org. To my surprise, I received a prompt, courteous reply, complete with an explanation and cancellation numbers for my records. The company claims the fine print had information about all the fees and services that were agreed to when ordering the one, inexpensive cd. I do not recall seeing all the information they claim was there. However, once I was able to figure out how to contact them, they canceled my order right away, saying it will take 10-14 days to process. I can live with that. Hope this helps others who have had this same problem with this company.

I finally got a phone number for customer service, through an e-mail they sent me.

I have called them 2 times and they, "Said the $39.95 would be put back" in my account.

So far nothing has been replaced, and now My account is $102.53 in the minius.

My bank has said that as soon as the $39.95 is returned, they will take the overdraft paid fee, off my account. That was before They added another $30.00 fee to my account.

I still haven't recieved anything for the $1.14 shipping & handling.

Both times I talked to customer service, They tried giving Me the run arround.

I just want this mess cleared up, so maybe My nerves will calm down enough that I won't get worse and end up in the hospital..
