Terribly unethical company that baits you then leaves you high and dry but keeps your $125 paid for a “backoffice” which I get for free with the company I chose over FEG.

David Weiner has created this “leg” of FEG..his “digital answer” to insurance which is a farse as all he promotes is to pester EVERY SINGLE PERSON YOU MEET FRIENDS AND FAMILY! David Weiner promo video claims they get you up and running WITHIN 72 hours.

So..I came on with Zach Richardson and after I paid my $125 I did not hear 1 word from Zach for 4 days ( FALSE ADVERTISING TO BE "UP AND RUNNING WITHIN 3 DAYS" other than texts saying things such as “my phone is dead and cant talk”..

When Zach did call all he told me was “I dont chase anyone” when he was assigned as MY MENTOR which Mentors LEAD THE WAY. Right then amd there I wanted NO part pf this “company”. In sending David Weiner an email explaining Zach Richarson attitude and zero communication and the fact they promised 3 days to be working and that was a flat out LIE and that I wanted a refund and be done with FEG, David Weiner had Lydie Louis call me to try and talk me into moving forward.

After Lydie spoke SO bad about Zach and how Zach is hers and so manys “least favorite agent” she moved on to tell me Zach pit me at a 30% contract when I have in an email from Zach that he was starting me at 50% contract..both of which are a real RIPOFF %...I get 95% to start with my current company. After speaking with Lydie, I took the weekend to think it over and I hust could not het past how id been treated this far and still declined the offer to work with FEG.

Lydie text me TWICE saying David Weiner will refund my $125 THEN she text personally guaranteeing that she would send a check amd get herself reimbursed. (I have recorded calls of her saying this..all I described above) So almost a week later I text Lydie asking to confirm she sent the check and of course she now turns tail and says she has to have me sign something to benput on her team the realeased innorder to get a refund and that paperwork would come for me to do so.

So here we are, days after yet again, no email and now Lydie Louis does not respond. FEG is full of lies and very misleading tactics and the fact they treat and agent that has a real and good book of business I could have written alot of business from, it breaks my heart to think what they tell amd do to new agents in the industry. RUN dont walk away from these unethical people with zero admirable character! Again I can 100% verify 100% of my statements above!

 Yeah, yeah, justify it any way that makes you feel better. I came to San Jose, I worked with Ron, Dave and other jokers there at that location. Ya'll were scamming then and Dave is ripping off and scamming now. Ask Dave about what he did to Coletta Hodges and others in her group. At least you are ALL consistant and simply do not care the manner in which your agents represent your "company".

Glad you have your head so far up the FEG took us that youre blinded to what agents are doing. The FACT is that if FEG allows their agents to operate and scam people..sorry, FEG is just a guilty. Nice ethics btw..way to not be what you claim to be.

Therefore you can take your rhetoric and go post it on all the glassdoor 1* reviews along qith all the googled scams reflecting FREEDOM EQUITY GROUP..respond to the dozens of those that were done dirty too, thatll keep ya busy for a long time.

Blaming the company when its the agents fault

I believe your compliant should solely be against your upline agents. FEG and it's owners had nothing to do with your expierence with the person who recruited you. FEG doesn't offer leads, doesn't require any payment for leads or mentoring.

You signed an agent agreement and had to adhere to the policy and procedure guidelines provided by FEG. It clearly states what FEG does and doesnt do. The agent who recruited you is an independent contractor meaning they don't work as employee or can guarantee you anything on behalf of FEG. You chose to sign up with the agent NOT with FEG.

You chose to pay the $125 which CLEARLY states NON-REFUNDABLE. This only tells me you clearly did not READ the agreement and policies and procedures. Which is your fault. That is solely to provide you with a fully functional back office and replicated website that YOU do not have to maintain or provide any ongoing upkeep or payments for.

How are the owners unethical? How is FEG unethical in this? Stating that Lydie is going to guarantee you a refund from FEG is incorrect, as Lydie has never been employed by FEG so therefore can't act on FEG's behalf. You're choosing to slander a company because of your experience with your upline agent NOT the company and it's owners.

I'm not standing up for the agent, but i am standing up for the owners and FEG as a company. Instead of attacking the company which did nothing wrong to you maybe you should focus more on person who brought you in. Next time when you want to write a report like you did, maybe you should take the time to evaluate the real root of the problem because i'll guarantee you that FEG at no time caused any of these so called problems you have. 

I'd love to see this 100% verfication you have of these unethical practices FEG does as a company and NOT by the agent or upline. Validation is the key and you chose not to provide it the first time around which means you have zero to go off of.
