I'm the owner of Hometech Security in Stony Plain, Alberta.  We hired Mr Fehr as a commercial cleaner and in addition, for some small jobs in the capacity of a general contractor.  Mr Fehr came by, we signed a weekly cleaning contract and had an oral agreement with regards to contracting work.  We noticed Mr Fehr bringing his young son with him in the evenings when he was cleaning.  The child was very talkative yet, acted very afraid of Mr Fehr however, we didn't think too much of it at the time.

A couple of weeks in, the cleaning was going well and Mr Fehr started some of the contracting work we agreed upon.  This included erecting some partition walls within our building and installing cubicles/desks as well as new office designs.  We purchased all supplies and the agreement was, Mr Fehr would take 50% deposit for his contracting work.  The deposit was $3700.00 CDN with the balance to be paid upon completion.  Slowly Mr Fehr became argumentative and angry, attempting to change plans, etc.

One evening when Mr Fehr came to clean, he had his young son with him again.  He was not aware that I was in the office.  He was mad at his son and yelling at the boy, calling him names and making him cry.  They left the office in a storm and neither one has been back since.  Since that night we have been missing several security camera's (in packages) as well as playback devices, key fobs and miscellaneous other components missing.

Mr Isaac Fehr will not answer his calls, or respond to written requests to either complete the job or return the money paid already.  The last he was seen was September 26, 2012.  We have since stopped the payments for cleaning and found someone else.  We are aware that he is still advertising in the Stony Plain paper and want to make sure that others considering obtaining his services are informed of this beforehand.
