Fein, Such, Kahn, & Shepard PC SCAM, NOT REPUTABLE, AMBULANCE CHASERS, LOSERS, STAY AWAY FROM Parsippany, New Jersey
Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C. have to be the most incompetent group of "lawyers" ever. I owed a back credit card charge from my divorce that I did not realize I owed. When I contacted Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C. , they didn't want to hear anything other than they wanted payment in full immediately plus their own miserable fees. I have been unemployed for several months, like so many other people in this country. Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C. didn't care. Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C. got a subpoena and filed charges against me in the local court, since I live in NJ and Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C. are located in NJ. I guess they feel that they can bully the people located near their pitiful office. Within a month Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard P.C. got a judgment against me and took out the only $500 I had in my account that my father gave me for my rent this month. Fein, Such, kahn & Shepard must be some seriously poor, incompetent lawyers if they need to immediately do that to someone. Obviously they are terrible lawyers if they need to do that. Ambulance chasers are the words for Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C. Judging by the rest of the reports on Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard the only way that they can get clients is by harassing and stealing from them. If they need the money that desperately, I guess it's sadder for them than it is for me. Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C. are pathetic.

This lawfirm also goes by the name Laridian Consulting, no one in NJ will help you with this, you can go on this website http://caipnj.blogspot.com/, and check that their collection bond is invalid.
Something tells me Ranjit works for these slimeballs.
Fein Suck Shopard Kahn were sued in Illinois for fraud suing people at deserted houses and obtaining fraudelent judgements that way, and in Connecticut for Mail Fraud, Conspiracy and Rackateering. They are running a very large scam in NJ with suing people and threatning them with jail to pay money, they don't even verify if the debt actually belongs to the party they pursuing.
No one in NJ will help you it's the Old Boy Network overthere.
However New York attorney general did take measures against these cockroaches. This is a very common scam in the collection field and there are a lot of these "Lawyers" and collection agencies.
It's good to know New York actually did something about this.

Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard P.C. are FRAUDS! Why don't you try reading the other numerous complaints about Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard? There are no "creative solutions" for Fein, Such, kahn & Shepard P.C. as they say on their website. SCAM! Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard just sent a judgment against me. There was no other communication before. Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard P.C. sent a judgment to me demanding immediate payment in full. So yes, Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard P.C. are a SCAM and a FRAUD. Nobody except AMBULANCE CHASERS conduct a "law" office this way. I will contact the Better Business Bureau, as some other people already have, because Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard P.C. are misrepresenting their services. Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard P.C. did collect some of the judgment.......but they absolutely are FRAUDS and a SCAM agency who misrepresent themselves as real "lawyers".

They did what they were suposed to do, they won for their client the credit card company. You are NOT their client obviously so why should they care about your problems.
Maybe you need to hire someone as good to represent you.

Check out the other numerous complaints about Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard P.C. They obviously DO NOT do what they advertise on their website. False advertising is a rip-off. Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard P.C. DO NOT wish to work with any client, and are ambulance chasers who take you to court no matter what.
Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard P.C. must be totally incompetent if they file subpoenas against EVERYONE. Pretty pathetic for them. Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard P.C. are a bunch of inexperienced, incompetent ambulance chasers.

You admit you owed a debt. They filed suit against you, you had an opportunity to have your day in court. In the courts a judge agreed that you owed the money and issued a judgment in their favor. Unfortunately this is no different than any other creditor would do. The reason this lawyer filed against you is because they are in the same state. Had you lived in another state you would have been sued by a different attorney who practices law in that state.
You didn't say if you went to court or not. However, if you did not go to court that was a dumb mistake. As you did not present your side so they got a default judgment.
If you went to court you should have brought all of your expenses and income(or lack there of) showing your inability to pay them. The judge may have forced them to work out a payment plan with you. That is not always guaranteed, and it wouldn't have gotten you out of the debt, but the payments may have been easier on you.
I would suggest that if you still owe them money that you open another account at a totally different bank. Do not tell them of the new bank or account. This may not keep them out of it forever, but it may take them a while to find the new account. Also, if your state allows wage garnishment you can expect that once you get a job they will issue a garnishment order against you until the debt is paid off.
