We had a wedding scheduled for Sept. 19th 2020. We met with the Felt Factory in Jan and agreed to a payment schedule. We made our payments on time as agreed. However by March the pandemic hit and we tried to contact them to see what would happen but was unsuccessful. Finally in July we were able to speak. They told us we had to pick a date next year IF it was available. However it would be with restrictions so we decided that this was no longer working for us and requested a refund.

Originally we were told that we had to schedule any event next year or lose our money.When we told them that was not satisfactory they then said they would refund 50%  without the ability to use the facility and further we would have to wait for them to reopen for business to receive that. We feel they are now giving us the run around.
