Fenix Auto Glass - I was wondering who these a**clowns were - Cherry Hill, New Jersey
Several weeks ago, I stopped to get fuel at my local Exxon station. As I was filling up the car, some guy approached my vehicle (this is what I get for having an open window), and started chatting me up about my windshield. He was asking questions about "chips" and "scratches" in my windshield (this, btw, is a brand-new car....I just purchased it in February).
Before I could even say another word, this guy starts picking at imaginary scratches and chips in my windshield, and tries hard-selling me into purchasing a new windshield (or a crack/chip repair package) through his company. I declined. He continued the hard-sale. I declined again. Finally, he looked at me, and said "I see...you just don't care". I told him that I didn't (h*ll, if my windshield were cracked - or chipped - don't you think I would have had my insurance company take care of it?). He walked off.
Yesterday, I saw the same clowns at another gas station, trying to do the same thing. Curious, I did some research, and here we are. Yet another South Jersey MLM scheme...similar to that of "East Coast Business Concepts". Ugh.
