Fenland Breakers This company has continuously attempted to withold repayment of over 600 March Cambridge
I found the firm (Fenland Breakers) through the net when searching for a particular Mazda engine. They said they had just the engine, and on receipt of my payment sent the engine to our repairer.
Unfortunately it was NOT the correct engine and Fenland Breakers EVENTUALLY promised to repay the sum and collect the engine. EVENTUALLY they collected the engine but to date (3 months later) they have twisted every which way rather than repay my money.
An operative by the name of Garry says he's rung when he hasn't, says it's going to happen when it isn't, that the boss is out when he's not, that he can't access the refund element of the computer, that someone else can but does not come in till Friday (and Friday passes with no outcome) etc etc etc.
They have the rest of this week and then I propose a complaint of theft to the Police and/or a claim in the small claims court.
