Initially offered lower hourly rates. Went over agreed hours without permission. Billed me for extra hours that I never agreed on. Little work was done during extra hours. Total bill turned out to be much more expensive than average landscape for the amount of work done. Verbal violence over phone and text to threat the unreasonable bill to be paid.
