Complaint Review: Ferenc Miskolczi

FERENC MISKOLCZI rented a home in Los Angeles, California on a website for vacation rentals from the internet called booking.com. He provided his credit card number and expiration date but NOT his billing address or the security number in the back which is needed in order to charge the fees due for his rental. It took about 10-15 e-mails to retrieve his billing information back and forth between booking.com and the Vacation rental Host which was a major headache and took days and hours to do. Prior to arrival he complained NON-stop to the vacation rental website about how he was NOT going to ever sign the credit card bill and how he was so UNHAPPY about providing his billing information and how he was NOT going to provide a copy of his passport that would match his credit card name as requested and needed to prevent fraud. This man spent hours and hours worth of e-mails back and forth to booking.com and the Host just to create problems non-stop!

He was let into the home despite his constant complaint because of the contract with the website, upon arrival he was UNHAPPY again, and looked liked he was crying! He presented a credit card that did NOT match the former credit card used to pay for the rental. The credit card would expire the same month. He paid very little deposit because again he was complaining NON-stop to the rental website. Ferenc Miskolczi was a nightmare tenant which we would NOT wish upon on our worse foe!

During his stay FERENC MISKOLCZI tried to strike the Gardener who did NOT speak english because he felt that the blower was too loud. He also throw out the gardeners and chase them out of the rental home which cost the owners the Gardening fees any ways and they asked for a new gardener and paid him to come in on a day that FERENC MISKOLCZI was NOT there in a fear that he might try to chase out the new Gardeners. Which crazy tenant tries to hit the gardener and chases him into the street?

Ferenc Miskolczi from Budapest, Hungry threw forks and spoons inside the garbage disposal which broke and burnt its motor! He then broke a $800 dish washer because he did NOT know how to use it and he is suppose to be a Doctor of physicist!

FERENC MISKOLCZI and his family left the home in a MAJOR mess as if a hurricane had gone through. There was peanut butter and food smeared all over the kitchen counters, dead fruits eaten half way all over the counters and floors, dirty towels all over the floor, the house was TRASHED like a bunch of teenagers on spring break. He then BROKE the dish washer and threw in a spoon inside of a garbage disposal which had burnt the motor out. The house had a foul smell and all the furnitures were moved around. There were broken dishes and glasses on the kitchen floors and tons of garbage all over the house. It took two Maids over 7-8 hours to clean the house after his departure!

His security deposit hardly covered the damages. The owners out of being fair asked him to pay for half of the damages that went beyond his security deposit. FERENC MISKOLCZI said to charge his credit card, then he did a CHARGE BACK and refused to pay for his damages and blocked his credit card crying fraud and scam us from the due monies! He reversed the charges and then went on booking.com and left a FAKE, Slanderous, damaging, defamatory and False review about the villa.

He stated there is NO air conditioner, or sprinkle system and the house is life threatening which were all 100% lie.

This man is a Hot tempered, NO personality grouchy older guy that will trash you're house and then CON you by blocking the charges on his credit card.

we googled him and saw that he is a physicist that wrote about the global warming which was found to NOT to be true which may explain his eternal unhappiness! He was angry, upset, looked like he was going to cry the entire time we saw him. we are puzzled as to how any one can stand being around this man with such a horrific personality.

Alas do NOT EVER RENT YOU'RE VACATION HOME TO HIM, EVER! He will TRASH you're home and then reverse charges so you will NOT get paid and he will BREAK all of you're appliances!

FERENC MISKOLCZI from Budapest Hungry is a nightmare tenant, do NOT rent to him, do NOT do business with him, DO NOT deal with him, you have been warned! DO NOT RENT TO FERENC MISKOLCZI UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!
