It all started with a t.v commercial for 1800 bar none which prides itself in being the source for bad credit help. In curosity, I called the number. The lady on the other end asked for a phone number and said that I would recieve a call from one of their reps soon.

Later that day I get a call from a salesman who tells me (after a brief description of my and my wife's credit issues.)That he used to be in business for himself fixing credit reports. He stated that he could make a few phone calls and promised me that he coild fix my credit so that I could get a car loan no problem,,, all I had to do was come pay him a visit and fill out a credit application..

So, My wife and I went to broken arrow( we lived in Ok. at the time.) looking for better vehicles in preporation for a move to Md.for a new job. He explained to us that to fix our credit we needed to "Go deep" as he called it, with these high intrest loans and turn around in a month and file chapter 11 bankrupcy and have the loans that we just got refinanced.

So we found a vehicle that my wife wanted that day and started working a deal it was a 2000 audi tt coupe which I found out after the deal was done that we paid 2000 over the value on it and it had a problem with the gas guage. He said that they would take care of the problem but we discovered also later that they figured that into the price of the car and we ended up paying for that too on top of added features like a 700 dollar gap insurance program that would "Help us get approved"...

For me, I told him that I wanted a dodge dakota he said no problem,,, we can find those a dime a dosen 2 weeks roll by with them telling me that we should have one today. He finally calls me and tells me that he has found me 2 trucks to choose from so, I take off of work early and drive 75 miles for like the 5 th time only to find that the 2 trucks were nothing like I asked for in fact, one was a ford... I ended up setteling for a different truck and I also got screwed with the gap and a 2000 dollar crap warranty that dosen't pay all in the name of fixing my credit,,, Is it worth it!!

Will your posting caught my eye. I hope you use the info that I posted. First when a sales person tells you they car fix your credit so that you can get a car loan that's a BIG HEADS UP and nothing less than a ripoff!.

You posted "That he used to be in business for himself fixing credit reports. He stated that he could make a few phone calls and promised me that he could fix my credit so that I could get a car loan no problem,,,

Many car dealers nation wide are doctoring car buyer's credit reports so they car get more banks/lenders to hang more paper. Trust me I know what I am talking about. If I were you I would contact your auto lender and ask for a copy of the credit application they got from your car dealer. Tell the bank that you lost your day planner and that you had written some contact info of friends and family on your credit app and you need a copy of your credit app to rebuild a new day planner.

You might get a BIG SURPRISE in the mail from your auto lender. Go to these 2 below URL's which are informative Rip Off Reports loot at the pictures of these car buyer's credit applications.

One problem is that bank employees are too stupid to catch car dealers that do this, or maybe they look the other way because all the profit they get from processing car loans from deceptive car dealers. If I found that a car dealer had made some changes to my credit application TRUST me I would expose it all over the inter net and I would go to my state banking office and MADE SURE they know what the car dealers are doing behind car buyer's backs.

The big three car makers need to WAKE UP and make some BIG CHANGES as to how their dealers do business. They all crybaby that their sales numbers are in the toilet. They are in the toilet because many car dealers are scamming car buyers and the car buyers are SICK and TIRED of deceptive car dealers.

HEY you BIG three, WAKE UP and do something. HEY FORD, Chrysler and GM REVAMP you CSI. After a car buyer buys a new car have them go to FORDCSI.com GMCSI.COM or ChryslerCSI.com and file a CSI survey on your web sites. YOU car makers need the TRUTH on your CSI numbers, not some false CSI numbers that your sales people are sending you. I know for a fact that many car dealers have their sales people tell the car buyers the following.

Hey Mr car buyer, once you get that CSI paper work in the mail from your car maker, bring it down to us and we will do all the paper work for you and give you a full tank of gas just for letting us do your paper work for you.

Now how can a car maker get TRUE CSI numbers and TRUE customer input if the car dealers are filling out the CSI surveys?

it's a good thing Rioffreport.com is here for car buyers, If not for this web site car buyers would have know way to find out car many car dealers treat their customers. The BBB would never give car buyers this kind of info. NEVER!

If you find a car dealer that has made some changes to your credit application behind your back, Go to this next URL and make SURE that your state banking department knows JUST DECEPTIVE your favorite car dealer can be.

This below URL will take you to all 50 state banking department web sites. Trust me they need to know if you found a car dealer that likes to use "White Out" and deceptive thinking before they fax your credit application to God only knows how many lenders.

If I found that my auto lender processed a fraudulent credit application on me, I would post the name of the lender in my Rip Off Report then I would fax a copy of my Rip Off Report o them. I know that would wake them up to car dealer FRAUD.
