Fernando Del Cueto Guerra dba Sterki S.A. de C.V. I ordered custom furniture from him. Paid in full with a promise to deliver within a few weeks. It's been more than 4 months ago and only he delivered a portion of what I paid. He now hides, he doesn't t answers his phone or e-mails. I was introduced to Fernando Del Cueto Guerra by a realtor, who recommended me his services of custom design furniture for my new condo in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. I ordered over $5,000 dolars in furniture.
He first asked my a deposit of 50%, but just before the date due for delivery he askked me the rest of the money with the promise that everything will be finished and deliver in my home by my arrival. This was on July 4th. This "thief" only delivered less than half of what I have ordered. The rest never came....he took advantage that I do not live in Mexico, he stopped answering my calls and emails. He took my money and never even apologized for the delay, he simply stopped all communication with me and even with the realtor who was supposed to be his friend! I filed a complain in PROFECO, but I am not sure what the results will be of this ordeal.
