Fernando Magana FM Autoglass LLC Beware of Fernando Magana..scam artist! Las Vegas, Nevada
2 years ago I loaned Fernando Magana of FM Autoglass LLC money to help his family and children when they were struggling. Fernando told me he would pay me some money every month until the loan was repaid. I have not received any money from Fernando in over 2 years. Fernando keeps promising to send me money but never does. He even said he mailed me a check recently but, to no surprise, I did not receive anything from him.
I recently did some research on Fernando Magana and found that he was convicted of writing bad checks in the excess of $30,000 in Las Vegas in 2009. The case# is 08C244146 in the Clark County Nevada District Court. Apparently, I am not the first person Fernando has lied to and taken money from.
I believe now that Fernando scammed me and is a liar. Not exactly the best role model for his children.
I am writing this report in hopes that Fernando Magana does not scam money from anyone ever again. I feel that by spreading the word about what type of person Fernando Magana is then Fernando has less of a chance of scamming money from anyone in the future.
