Has an 85 year old widow that he terrorizes by telling her she has broken the septic tank, the dishwasher, the thermostat and bills her for it. Substandard housing. Foundation cracked, paint fading everywhere. windows that don't shut. A roof leak for 5 months that leaks on top of a Steinway Grand Piano. The third refrigerator since the first 2 were substandard and stopped working has destroyed her food easily 5 times forcing her to buy a deep freezer to protect her food
. A complaint has been filed with DBPRs real estate division as well as targeted social media (twitter, instagram, rip off reports, Fb) complaints. These complaints will run daily. Caveat Emptor for anyone wishing to do business with this errant incompetent landlord. Obviously if he would run a property where the 85 year old widow has never been late with her $2700 monthly payment he would do the same in lies to purchase a property. Buyer Beware.”
