Fernando Zelmer Advertises Bogus Jobs in Conniving Email Scam Leon, Other
Fernando Zelmer sends dozens of emails per day to unsuspecting job-seekers in the U.S. Each email message contains an email address with the domain inusajobs.com, bestjobmark.com, usajobmark.com, freeusajob.com or a similar domain name. None of these domains appear in the sender email address, though, because Zelmer uses the email addresses of recipients of forge the headers.
There are no actual websites associated with the domains, either, and Zelmer changes the domain name he uses in the emails whenever he is reported. He has even registered some domains under a fictitious name at a fictitious U.S. address. The jobs advertised in the emails are all bogus, for the purpose of ensnaring people in a money-making scam.
Zelmer is violating Internet laws by (1.) Illegally obtaining and using other people's email addresses, (2.) Forging headers to misrepresent the originator of the emails, (3.) Sending unsolicited emails in bulk, (4.) Committing Internet fraud and (5.) Failing to honor unsubscribe requests. He needs to be stopped.
