Complaint Review: Ferozepur College of Engineering and Technology

I have taken admission in Ferozepur College of Engineering and Technology by dipositing rs 10000, but due to some financial reason not able to continue my study so asking for refund from Ferozepur College of Engineering and Technology (FEROZ SHAH) but not geting any respond from them. When I directly visited to the principal office,he refuses to pay the fees and they said that they don't have any refund policy .. please help me,
