Complaint Review: Ferrari Hair Center

Having left Hair Club for Men I went to Ferrari Hair center. The staff was very pleasant and the technician were very professional. I was very pleased with the way my hair looked. My contract included 5 hair systems and 10 services with color. At the end of my contract I was told that the  services were only included in the first. My second year would be just for the hair systems at the same price but would not cover the services. The service and cut ins would be an additional charge of  sixty-five dollars for each service. This was not explained to me when I first sign up with Ferrari.
When I was at Hair club it was actually cheaper on the gold plan with included 4 hair systems and 10 services. I know I had some issues with Hair club that's why I left but I think they can be ironed out.
I really think I'll be going back to Hair club. Don't go to Ferrari. It's a big scam and then they hit you with all these hidden charges.
