All of the other rip off reports are believable after my dealing with them.

Don't want to get too detailed, just know that you should look elsewhere or you will be paying triple what you should.

They also think they are right in everything they do.  Even when corporate says one thing....so you do it, then when something bad happens....they do not take responsibility, they say it's your fault.

Awful company and wishy washy policies.

They are also slick.  I did not sign a term contract, but I signed a piece of paper accepting services for no uncertain term.  Turns out, I should have read their full contract online which they NEVER told me about!  I learned about it through another gas company who knows their tricks.  This is, or should be illegal practice.

Look elsewhere.

As a longtime Employee-Owner of Ferrellgas, I apologize for the difficulties you have experienced with my company. I am proud to work for Ferrellgas because I can say without hesitation that the service we offer is second to none in our industry. I'm embarrassed by the thought that we may have fallen short with you.

I am more than happy to look into this matter to see if we can come up with a solution. Please respond here and let me know.

Thank you.

You signed a "piece of paper for no uncertain term," but they're holding you to a contract you DIDN'T sign.

Is that about what happened?

"No uncertain term" is either a double negative or actually means a "certain term."

If you didn't sign the contract, you probably have cause for cancellation.

Decide that for yourself, you left out a lot of information here.
