Complaint Review: Ferrell Gas

Ferrell Gas I paid my bill over phone they gave me confirmation no, still shut me off now wants double. Guerneville, California

  I owed 260.34 to Ferrell Gas I paid it over the phone with a friend of mine check book. I received a confirmation number, a month later they shut me off with only receiving one letter in the mail the same day they shut me off, The letter said nothing about a shut off notice just to pay the bill immediately.

 I then called Ferrell Gas they told me it was the wrong acct, info. How could they give me a confirmation number if i gave them the wrong no. There is 4000.00 in that acc. to this day.

 Then i received a bill for 48.00. also two days later i received a bill for 78.00 then 15.00 how the hell can i owe all that money and my gas be shut off, That is not the first time it has happened to me. My landloard has 3 vacant units upstairs he had just turned the gas on all the units, and 2 weeks later he received a bill for 180.00 for 1 unit and 30.00 for another unit.

  The sad thing about it is that No one lived up there so how can the bill cost so much. Now they want over 400.00 to turn it back on,,,,
