Complaint Review: Ferris Mitchell Mueller

My desire in writing this report isn't to "get even with" Mrs. Mueller, it's simply to warn others that she is not a good teacher and to encourage them to find someone else. Find someone who cares about you, your unborn child, and the Bradley Method (not just the money). Our first (and only) class: she had us come for two hours and crammed in three lessons (we hardly discussed the information at all),. We would talk about one paragraph from the book and then she would start talking about herself (her social life, her children, her weekend, her best friend, her cooking, her pets, etc.), her home was extremely distracting (her kids came in and out, she got up to close doors and stir food, her animals were allowed to lay on us even though I told her I'm allergic, and so on). Several days after our first class we informed her that we were not happy with what took place and gave her the above examples. She refused to refund us our $175 that we paid. She charges a total of $350, but we had only paid half up front. The Bradley Method listened to our situation and seemed to care, but they don't step in to deal with situations such as these. They did find us a new teacher who we love! In our communication with Mrs. Mueller after informing her that we would be pulling out of the class she became unkind. She did not answer my two phone calls and made up several lies in the email she finally sent me in response to our asking for a refund. She ended her email by saying they would not speak with us again about this. She pocketed our money and walked away.
