Festiva and Zealandia Capital, Inc Dan Clayton, CEO What I was told that I was purchasing was a hugh LIE. The website that I was supposed to go to to book travel doesn't allow access, 99% of the time. I was able to get into the site maybe twice in over 100 attempts. When I did get on the site the discounted prices were no less than if I had gone directly to the vendor. So what I purchased was nothing. I want a full refund plus interest. It is a shame that this company is allowed to do business anywhere in this country. Asheville, North Carolina
We purchased a vacation plan from Festiva. Were told a bunch of lies and we were shown bogus web searches for discounted cruises that has not been duplicated since the prensentation.
The site we purchased doesn't work very often. Out of 100+ attempts to get on the site to book travel, I was able to get on maybe twice. And when I got on nothing is ever available, or the prices that is supposed to be discounted, are not discounted. The same accommodations and airline fares are available by going directly to the vendor, so what did we purchase....nothing...
Now I have learned that it is not Festiva anymore, it was Voyages, now I understand that its RTX Voyages, but someone from Zealandia Capital calls me each and every day for the balance of what they charged us. I explained to someone name Peter, and someone named Mike that I have no problem paying, but give me what I am to pay for. I requested them to have someone to contact me regarding the malfuntioning website over three weeks ago, and no one has called but the two of them requesting a payment.
I have been turned down for a loan request because of this ordeal. I will fight this till my demise because this is wrong! I had excellent credit prior to this nonsense. It is no way this (these) company should be allowed to do business in this country. I want a full refund plus interest.
