I did filed a report for Festiva salesman fraud me to bouhgt a vacation points and 2 membership.
Today I have a great deal to proof this company how to cheat their timeshare owners. when i Start to try to booking a vacation through my account in festiva web site, i tried 100 times and I get 100 times "nothing availabe". So the vacation they sold me called "nothing available" Why should I pay money for nothing available??? What real business of Festiva is selling the room we paid for in internet for general public for another profit. Festiva rip off us double!!!

I would like to say that even though i had complaints with Festiva hospitality group, their company worked with myself and my attorney to resolve them.
Festiva Hospitality group is based out of Ashville, NC.
I had issues with the exchange value of vacation points and the availability of the booking a vacation as well as other issues. Festiva stepped up and resolved all of these complaints to my satisfaction. They were in constant contact with my attorney and worked with him to make sure all of my concerns were addressed and resolved. I have to say that all of my concerns and complaints were resolved to my full satisfaction.
