Complaint Review: FFaceSchnauzers.weebly.com

My parents started a purchase with a Julian Anderson from this site at telephone number 1-(952)333-5510. Julian wanted my parents to send him a money gram for the dog of $350.00 for a deposit as my parents wouldn't have the remainder until the end of the month. They ended up getting the money sooner than what they thought. So they contacted Julian and told them they had the rest of the money. He asked them to money gram the remainder of $450.00 for a total of $800.00 for the dog. My parents did, they were promised that they would have the dog by the end of the week. My parents live in MA. and the dog was supposedly in Minnesota. The dog would need to be flown to MA. The $800.00 included the air fair for the dog. As soon as Julian got his money then we got a message and a phone call from a Pet Transportation Service who would be delivering the dog to the airport. The email stated that we needed to pay $1100.00 for an insurance fee. It was 100% refundable once the dog was delivered. At this point I'm really upset and starting to feel like we were being scammed

. However my parents had lost there dog and wanted another dog to fill the void. We paid the $1100.00 but advised the pet transportation service that we woulud only do it if the payment was made through Paypal. They agreed. I sent payment. Never recieved a dog. I've attempted to contact the seller, he stated he sent the dog and it was out of his hands once the dog was sent to the shipping company. Called the number on the shipping company 1-(803)-875-0792 left numerous voice mails and no response. The puppy that we bought is still up on his website which has been changed three times from the original website I ordered from. I have reported this to weebly.com which is a free website server for anyone who wants to have a website to sell things. They have removed the original one but they continue to make new websites with the same contact number listed above. I search the telephone number every week and I see different versions of the face schnauzer website with the same puppy that I purchased and the puppy is always 12 weeks. I have also reported this website to Ic3.gov as well. Buyers beware.....
