Complaint Review: FFO FURNITURE STORE

FFO FURNITURE STORE F.F.O. F.F.O. Home Merchandise returned store refussed to remove charges from my credit card or give my down payment back of $1000.00 cash. Trying to make me keep charges on my credit card and just pick out furniture of same amount of money's RUSSELLVILLE Arkansas

I purchased merchandise on a credit card and paid cash down and store agreed to take furniture back since it was new and did not fit my home. After returning furniture the store refused to cancel charges on my credit card or refund my money. Said I would have to pick out merchandise in the store of equal value.

F.F.O. home furniture store. I was going to get furniture with the cash I paid down $1000.00 but they refused. Said, I would have to also keep the $2223.00 on the ffo credit card I Nance through synchrony bank. In other words forcing me to stay in debt with there services.





DO NOT SHOP HERE. I PAID CASH $1,000.00 DOWN ON FURNITURE AND FINANCED ON FFO CREDIT CARD ALMOST $3,000.00. MY HOME WAS NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR THE FURNITURE SO THEY AGREED TO TAKE IT BACK. I ALSO PAID DELIVERY TWO TIMES OF $65.00 SINCE THEY DON'T DELIVER. OK I AGREED TO HAVE STORE CREDIT FOR MY CASH DOWN TO GET SMALLER FURNITURE BUT NOW THEY WANT ME TO KEEP MY CREDIT CARD CHARGES AND GET EQUAL AMOUNT OF MERCHANDISE THAT WAS RETURNED. I HAVE CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY AND WILL CONTACT THE B.B.B. THIS IS NOT LEGAL AS ATTORNEY STATES. SO I GUESS I WILL ALSO BE TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. AND I WILL BE POSTING ON RIPOFF.COM

MY ADVICE IS DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ALSO SAID IT WOULDN'T AFFECT MY CREDIT SCORE, BUT, BROUGHT IT DOWN 5 POINTS.
