Complaint Review: FFXIVaccounts.net

I purchased a game account from ffxivaccounts.net .  After the purchase and charge of my credit card I recieved a email from the payment processor Skrill.com but never any info from the site. I tried to use the "Live Chat" which was never live, only an automated response to queries . I made the purchase on December 31 , 2015 @ 4:25 PM and I'm still waiting for a reply. 

I'm hoping this is just a mistake , and that I will soon be recieving my account . But just in case this is fraud website , I want others to be aware and stay clear !
