FH Dailey Company ripoff, lemon law buybacks sold there without them telling you! San Leandro California
We purchased a 2001 used Chev. Tahoe from a friend that worked there in the finance dept, he forged our names to the leman law buy back forms and sold this car to us, it had a safety problem and would shut off while driving. We took it back there about 20 times, there service manager was a crock too. They sell these lemon law buybacks all the time and make all kinds of $$$ of people....it's a joke!
We did get GM to buy the car back, but it took months!!!!!
