Mailed paper check to post office box I got off of FIA Card Services website, P. O. Box 851001, Dallas, Tx. 75285.  12 days later, after numerous phone calls and checking website, check has not been posted to my account.  When I call the 877 number, the reps don't have a clue about anything.  I re-checked the FIA Card Services website and the payment address (P. O. Box) is now different than the one I had read off their website before.  The representative said the P. O. Box in Dallas is still good. 

It seems that FIA uses 'lock boxes' and they don't have a clue who/what/when/where/how your money or correspondence is being handled.   What I've derived from all this is FIA Card Services doesn't know who has your money, what will be done with it, when it will be processed or where it is.  If you don't do ALL YOUR TRANSACTIONS electronically, they are clueless!  DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!  THEY ARE TOUTED BY FIDELITY investments, WHICH GIVES THEM A HAND-UP INTO CLIENTS WITH LIQUIDITY.  Instead, go to a local, non-affiliated hometown bank and leave FIA to find money somewhere else.
