My name is Claudia,

I decided to to join online a couple month back and tried the product. I didn't feel any different and didn't feel this product was the right one for me so I called in to cancel the membership. I had originally spoke to a women who sent me a RMA# to my address so that I could send back the product, I also stated that I wanted to cancel. I did receive and e-mail from her and I may have deleted it on accident, a couple of weeks past and I thought nothing of it until I was charged again on my bank card. I called you 1-800-532-1891 number at which a man named Micheal with a so called Agent # of 23 made me feel like I was stupid and tied to make it seem that I hadn't called in the first time. He is a awful agent that probably lied about his name " Micheal Jordon " come on ! Give me a break!

This Company need to have better customer Service people that answer their phones. I will never recommend this company to any one and I don"t have anything nice to say about LeanSpa and or Fibra Detox.
