They advertised their product as an adjustable rail shuttlecraft that would "fit almost any 2,3,4 seat personal watercraft". Before it was delivered I asked if the settings for my jetski would be provided, and was told it would be "preset for" my jetski. When I removed the shrinkwrap I found it had a FIXED rail system, even though it was accompanied by a user manual that described in detail how to adjust the adjustable rail system.

I complained about the fixed rail system, and also reported the fact that the fixed rail system would NOT fit my jetski, so I could not use the shuttlecraft. I was falsely told on several occasions over a 6 month period that a new set of rails was being made. I finally demanded a refund or the right boat.

I reported problems with the inoperable lighting system, broken drain plug, inoperative trailer lights, mooring cover that would NOT fit over my jetski, and missing compartment locking latches. Nothing was done to resolve ANY of my complaints, though VERBAL promises were made on SEVERAL occasions to send replacements. I NEVER received any apology or explanation for the missing adjustable rail system, and, in fact, SELDOM heard ANY response at all to my questions and complaints. ALL responses by them were VERBAL, though I submitted my complaints in writing, and asked them to reply in writing.

They finally did what I asked of them to fix the problem

They shipped a replacement for the running light switch, and authorized a local boat upholstery shop to modify the boat cover so it will fit properly.

I notified the Better Business Bureau in their Province that my complaint had been fully resolved.

actions taken major step forward, only after 7 months of delays, and threats

In January they had a technician stop by to install adjustable rails on the craft. They shipped new trailer lights (which I will install), a new drain plug, and some wiring which they apparently expect me to use to fix the inoperative running lights. They still have not provided a mooring cover that fits properly. Their actions have been viewed by me as a major step forward, but only happened after 7 months of delays, and after I threatened to take drastic action. They have been anything but responsive to complaints, and have not proven they have the proper customer servive attitude.
