We used this moving company to move a small amount of goods from my deceased mother's house in Michigan to our home in Western Australia.  Initially they were prompt and helpful and had a good price.  This changed once the goods were picked up and the bill paid.  Since then they don't respond to emails and the right person/supervisor is not there when we phone.

We paid to have them "expertly" pack some boxes.  Antique dishes were packed with a single piece of paper towel in between!  Two boxes packed by them arrived smashed with many broken items.  An antique marble topped dresser has gone missing and can not be found. 

The only response from the company was that the insurance company was a different company and we would have to contact them.  Unfortunately, despite being told by our FID salesman that the insurance he was selling us, covered all damage and loss, the policy does not cover "mysterious" dissapearance.  We were never sent a copy of the insurance terms until we notified FID we were filing a claim.

Do not use this company.
