I recently purchesed a policy from us fidelis. and now they lied to my husband. never told him evreything. and when we tryed to call they would give us the run around. now we are left holding the bills. cant get my car back because we dont have the money.if us fideils would have been up front with us. we would have never have both this. i dont understant how a company can do this. its sad how companys like this. can not be honest about what they sell. it makes me sick. how do we all know they wont do this to someone eles. why do we keep letting these companys do this to the small peoples when then dont explain everything the right way.

Are you trying to say that you expect a company to insure a car for more than its worth? That doesn't make sense. of course a car would only be insured for the value of the car.
