There are probably many of you I personally spoke to regarding Fidelity ATM and Bankcard on the telephone. It's truly important that everyone continue making the proper notifications

I am Ricky Steinberg, unfortunate brother to both Adam and Andrew Steinberg.

Let it be known our relationship is and has been for years exactly like the Sunni's and the Shiite's.

Regardless, those of you who know me know I spent considerable time and expense working on assuring other victims would not be harmed by my brothers and assisting those who became victims. People who are involved both directly and indirectly with Fidelity will attempt to discredit me however; rely on your own experiences with Fidelity and what the principles and operators of the company told you. Consider the Federal Trade Commission actions already and note more are pending. Consider they were closed down, assets seized, 110 victims to date and so forth. They don't do this without serious reasons. I tell people this; don't believe me, do your own research but here's where to look'.

Reference Allison: Glad you posted negatives about me in your pathetic attempt to protect your family however; note now I can seek damages for defamation and so forth. I won't however because you haven't worked for some time and any monies recovered will come from no doubt victims of your criminal husband and brother's enterprises. Why don't you discuss that as that is what everyone wants to know about. You don't have to testify against family right? Obviously you have intimate detail. I'd be scared too if I was you. Note that I personally called Fidelity over 20 times and shot numerous emails telling them they must stop ripping people off and to change there practices right away. They were warned and know this is going to go from bad to worse through legal and lawful means very quickly.

I won't banter back and forth with personal attacks but rather, stick with the facts. Feel free Allison to call me personally on 407.760.8279. I will advise you about the facts why I disowned three members of my family but they include infidelity which I can verify in addition to business practices, criminal history and consumer fraud. I will tell you I have made a wonderful display book so when Aiden grows up, he can see the truth. From Andrew's time in jail and 7 failed drug tests to you name it. Call me, it'll be refreshing for you to know the truth and you can record the conversation. Really Allison, what kind of lawyer are you to not have your attorney post a formal statement regarding this mess? What kind of lawyer are you not to have your families business, Fidelity post a formal statement on this site? Allison, if you do choose to answer this post then stick to the facts and the questions only. Address the questions.

Here's questions for Fidelity, Allison, etc.

1. How many people recovered their investment?
2. How many people recovered their investment in less than one year?
3. I spoke to one gentleman who gave over $100k and made less than $2k in TWO years? Thoughts?
4. Is your brother Listort D. Duffie and if not, which family member is that?
5. I know Bruce Goldstein personally. Isn't he nothing more than a singer, a shill?
6. Can you provide income statements and complete information from one single successful person?
7. What do you think about when you consider the $70+++ thousand Fidelity, your husband, brother in law and real brother took from a mother with three children, her life savings? You're a mother now Allison. Thoughts? I spoke to her personally. Horriffic!

By the way everyone, remember how Fidelity's tactic was to send you a nasty letter from a lawyer? If I had a nickel for every time I head that one. Another threat. Andrew advised me that Allison was going to ruin an adoption my wife and I have pending if I didn't stop ruining his business. He said Allison knew exactly how and so forth. Then they threatened to sue me and serve me with a restraining order. Nice people huh? Again, big threats are nothing more than tactics but I spoke to one victim with which this worked on and he settled for something like $7k out of his $39k investment and how did Fidelity settle, they bought back his machines and guess what, then they resold them with another package.

I did get the ball rolling [with two others] I admit to turning these criminal companies into authorities and networking with victims via telephone. Guilty as charged and happy there done. My hope now is people will get some money back and the all the players will go right to the clinker! Just like the last company's people I turned in.

Final note, two prosecutors and one investigator from the Federal Trade Commission are to be in communication with me very soon for further research and investigation. Not only will I be giving them tremendous information they don't yet have nor have they recovered to date, but I have evidence of additional assets and crimes.

Hang tuff everyone, keep posting as consistencies, trends and patterns will come forward and new victims will continue to come out. Many people feel stupid for being duped but do not. These guys are excellent criminals. They truly are solid at defrauding people.

I will be glad when the Dept. of Justice takes the case and puts all involved in the slammer. Unfortunately they will just conjure up a new scam.
