Fidelity Auto Warranty does not honor its' own warranties Internet

Fidelity Warranty Service does not honor it own warranties.  In three seperate cases I filed a claim on my car.  Each time I had the same experience.  They would not reply to the auto repair store.  When I contacted them they stated they wanted document of the cars services and repairs for at least 3 years.  I did manage to get the documents they asked for.  My warranty also covered them paying for a rental and such and until they got the documents and approved the repair I would not get anything.  They gave me a fax number which has been verified as there repeatedly however with each fax they denied getting the documents.  At one point I paid for overnight delievery with return signature.  Again they deined getting the documents, even if the person who signed for them was employed.  After months, at least 3 months without a car I managed to get the money together and pay for the repairs, much to their delight, that violated the warranty so Fedelity did not have to pay.
