Complaint Review: Fidelity Auto Warranty

 I have a malfunction on my Audi TT convertible top.  The warranty I have with this company is gold plus which simply says it covers convertible top motor.  The problem I have happens to be the flaps on both sides that opens and closes when the convertible top goes up and down.  The motors on the flaps don't operate properly thereby the top will not go up or down.  When the dealership called them for warranty claim this was rejected because they claim that this only covers the actual motor that pushes the top up and down.  Since the problem is not with that, they will not cover it.  I believe this policy is deceptive because when one buys this warranty these things are not explicitly stated, on the face of it it looks like the operation of the convertible top is covered, but when a claim is submitted it is rejected.  This company needs to be investigatged and put out of business from waht i see on this website where the complaints are numerous against this company.
