Fidelity Credit services called me on my home phone and offered me a Visa Card with a limit of $500.00. All I needed was to give them a one time fee of $129.95 for processing fee, and of course i said yes in hopes to rebuilding my credit. I was told that i would recieve my card after Fidelity Credit took the $129.95 out of my account well within a couple of week I had no card and the money was withdrawn from my account the same week the phone call was placed.

I had no contact number for Fidelity Credit Services but THANKS to RIP-OFF.Com I found the number and called left several messages with no response finally I called the Fidelity Credit service and spokw with a lady that hurried and put me on hold, finally a so-called Manager named Joe got on the line, I then proceeded to say that I wanted a full refund ASAP and that i read about his company on-line and I wanted my money refunded.

Joe then said I had to wait 21-days to recieve my packet and then it would explain how to get a refund, I told Joe that I would not wait at all.... He then said that the conversation had been taped and that I gave permission for the withdrawal and I would have to wait, He then played a distorted conversation with me and the rep who initially called, I really couldnt hear my voice only the operator. I kept telling the manager Joe that I want my money and that his company was a fraud, He then stated "that's to bad you feel that way and hung up. People please beware of Fidelity Credit Sercives. I'm going to my bank in hopes that my money would be returned.
