I received two $165.00 FIDELITY EXPRESS Money orders by mail from two renters and misplaced them for a few years.

Upon finding these, I went to recover values from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts but CPA had no account funds.

I tried to address the company directly via phone and fax information in their website: FidelityExpressMoneyOrderCompany.

I have not received any response to my inquiries, either by phone or mail.

I understand that I may be required to pay some maximum fee but should receive refund of the balance.

How can you help me recover on these uncashed original money orders?

Please give Fidelity Express one more call at 800-621-8030 ext. 7020. A representative will discuss with you the options available for possibly refunding those money orders. The correct website is www.fidelityexpress.co.
