Complaint Review: Fidelity Financial Services

I just received a notice saying that I am a declared winner of Lotto North American Sweepstakes. If anyone is interested in investigating this I still have the letter with the check. When I called they said it was related to Home Depot - Lowes - Target shopping, which I have been to but I still did not enter into a lottery knowingly so I decided to check on it. I have read other Rip-Off notices for this same company therefore, I was lucky enough not to cash the check. Please don't cash any of these checks that they send you, you will have to pay it all back.
