This company is the company to go to if you are a criminal and looking to extort people out of money... All you need to do is get a illegally obtained default judgement and this company will simply do the rest of your dirty work. They will take over your dirty work and ruin the innocent persons life for you.
They will NOT help the innocent person out by doing simple research and find out if the person was ever served noticed of the court judgement they got. They will tell the innocent person on the phone that "the burden" is on the innocent person and not them.
Even after telling them that their client is a con artist and they are representing a criminal, they still do not care...
So... Why not use the same tactics on them???
My next course of action is to get a small claims court case started against this company. When they fail to show up to court (since they are so many states away) and I get a defualt judgement against this collection company... Well, then I turn it over to a collection company that will collect from this bogus collection company... BAM! I am getting paid...
