Complaint Review: FIDELITY LEANDING GROUP

I recieved a call tonight regarding a loan I applied for online. A man stating he was from Fidelity Leanding Group said I was approved for a 15,000 loan. The caller ID said Unknown caller. He said I was approved for the amount by the private company leander but colateral was need for 6 months of the monthly payments up front. The amount was 1488.42 to be sent through Wal Mart money gram.

The loan APR was 6% and the payment did not have to start until July 1st 2007 since the payments were paid up front for 6 months. The phone Number he gave me to call back with a fax number is 866-278-8675 ext : 385. His name is Allen White. He stated he would fax the contract. He even advised me to have an attorney look it over before I sent the 1488.42.

After the phone call I called my husband who said, " If its a loan in Florida the law states that Lenders or credit card people can not ask for money up front. I checked the internet to find out there are many people out there who have actually sent the money only to never recieve there loan. The person they sent the money too is a different person in Canada.

Luckly I check this out before sending the money..although I thought it sounded good I didnt jump at something that sounded too good!
Please be aware that these people sound professional and have a phone Number that you can call them back at only to find that they will work with you until they recieve your money then they are gone.

I hope this helps others out there trying to get something that sounds to good to be true. Thats it its not true. BEWARE!!!!!!
