Complaint Review: Fidelity Lending Group

in december i received a call from scott davies who said i was approved for a 5000.00 loan he sd due to my credit history i had to make a collateral payment of 900.00 he sd and i wouldnt have to mkae my first payment until july and my monthly payment will be 151.00 he told me he would fax me the 5 page contract and to look over it carefully i read the contract it seem to legal and ligit so i sign it and faxed it back. scott then told me to money gram the 900.00 to angela roberts in canada he sd she was the account payable rep. so i money gram the 900.00 on 12-24-07 on 12-26-07 allen white called and said my application was reassessed and the lender nded another 900.00 i expressed to him i had borrowed the money from mother and i didint have that kind of money he told me if i cant come up with it i can have a full refund. after he called i became suspecious and did some resarch and found out they was on rip-off report.com and they had a f rating with the better business bureau i called allen white and advised him of what i found out he sd people will tell lies when they dont get what they want he sd we cant mke everybody happy i advised him he told me that having to mkake anthr payment usually didnt happen and that there was 12 different people on rip-off report.com that sd differently. i told him i couldnt get the other 900.00 and i nded a refund he told me i couldnt get a refund until their next billing cycle which was 01-14-08. then i called a few days later to see if there was a department that handle the refunds allen sd no he handle them . a week later i called to check status on my refund and the number was disconected i went to the websight and sent email to be contacted and no one has contacted me. my mother loan me the money it was all she had in her savings and i express this to both scott and allen and they assured me everythng was legal they kept saying refer to your contract.well on my contract it say i am entitle to a refund if i dont get the loan and i didnt i want my money and willnot stop until i get it
