This company quoted us $29 to open our locked shed. And they said they could be there in 10 minutes. When the man called I asked again about the price, because it seemed low. He said it was the "service fee." When I pressed him for an estimate on how much it would cost to simply open a locked doorknob, he said "it depends on how many tumblers it has." When I said I didn't know he said not to worry. He'd take a look at it and tell me then. Before I knew what had happened, the shed was unlocked and he was standing there with a clipboard demanding $129.99!

I couldn't believe it. I told him to wait while I call the Fidelity Locksmith main office. They agreed with the price and claimed it was "competitive." I told them it was TWICE anyone else's price and that if I had known what the price was I never would have agreed to it.

They simply kept stating it was "very competively priced."

I paid reluctantly, then checked Yelp. One review after another cited this company as a complete SCAM. I immediately called my bank and asked them to investigate the charges.

Don't do what I did. This company is a COMPETE SCAM. Do NOT use them for ANYTHING!
