Fidelity Merchants Solutions, LLC Home based business to place credit card machines with small businesses and good servicing rates. Internet

I was extremely vulnerable to their telephone solicitation of a home-based business as I was 74 and my husband was in a nursing home terminally ill.  My income would drop drastically when he died because he changed many of his retirement documents without my knowledge while he was developing Alzheimer's Dementia.  I didn't discover this until later in his disease when I needed to review all legal documents to be prepared for his death.  It was just a day after I discovered all of this that the phone call came and seemed like an answer to my prayers.  BIG MISTAKE.  I have ended up with $95,000.00 in credit card debt "financing" all the services that had to be put in place in order for the work to be done "for me"  (thus- the "home-based" business).  I learned a year later that the whole thing was a scam leaving me very close to having to file bankruptcy since my husband died last year.

FIDELITY MERCHANT SOLUTIONS IS IN TROUBLE

#2Consumer Comment

I work for a company called CR Consumer Resources and I know that Fidelity is part of this crime syndicate that just got taken down by the AZ Attorney General Office. They used the same merchant accounts that My Choice Business Services used. Right now and I hope you get this message, call the number on this link and get your name on the list of victims and you may be able to seek restitution. If the link does not show up, google: Franklin Financial Solutions Arizona Attorney General Office. There is a press release from July 12, 2012. I'm so glad they finally took them down!

I wish you the best! Here's the link. Call the AG's Office and tell them your story!
