We recently move into our 1st home. We were very happy to be finally homeowners. Our home apparently had 1 year old appliances. Things started to break down.

1) The dishwasher broke down on 1/22/04 I had made a service call to them, they said that they were not able to come out till the 1/30/04.

2) Dishwasher broke again on 2/16/04 made another call the contractor came out on the 3/26/04. Another long time. They said the will come back in 1 week.

3) Built in Above range Microwave breaksdown, not heating at all, I need the microwave to heat up my Father's dialysis solutions for him, made the call on 3/10/04. They had a contractor come out and said that we were still covered through GE. Then the contractor told us that we had to contact GE ourselves. So we did so.

GE came out and said that there was a fuse that needed to be replaced. That was on 3/26/04. I am still without a microwave and it's 4/30/04. No contractor has contacted us back at all!
