My A/C was damaged on 10/5/2010 during an AZ hail storm. It was brough to my attention on 7/9/2011 during a service check on the roof. Fidelity sent an adjuster out and he confirmed the damage. Fidelity took 3 weeks to obtain his report. They determined it would be worth 6,000 dollars. I found an estimate that would put a lower model in for $3,930. They desided to depreciate the lower unint and deductable of $1,000.00. If the are going to depreciate the unit they should apply the depreciation method to the actual unit nat a chep substitute. My intent was to save the company money. I realize know that they are crooks.
