I bought a Jeep from Dennis Campos on June 14 2018, and it was far and away the worst car-buying experience I've had.

To begin with Dennis is outright dodgy and completely untrustworthy. After a five hour processes, we're ready to sign the paperwork, and the finance guy--whom much to my surprise is less ethical and even more shady than Dennis--tries to work in an unsolicited $2,600 warranty. Their reason: it was compulsory (boldfaced lie) because I financed the Jeep. After I almost blew a gasket for wasting my afternoon, they agree to take it off. But then they made me pay shady finance guy's commission. At this point, I just wanted to leave.

Of course, when I'm driving away, the check engine light comes on. Dennis looks me in the eye, shakes my hand and promises to take care of me. $1200 later, he still hasn't paid me.

Sidebar: The Goodyear that did the work claims there is absolutely no way Dennis didn't know the check engine light was going to come on.

Anyway, he tells me to work it out with the fat lady. And oh boy, you really got to see this gem of a woman in person. I watched her eat TWO Chick fil A meals for lunch.

In short, I highly recommend you not do business with Fidelity Ventures and specifically Dennis Campos. Hands down the most dishonest car-buying experience.
