My car was in for repair and Fidelity refused to reimburse the amount of days for rental costs even though in the contract it states they will pay upto 10 days while the car is in repair.  They reimbursed 4 days and their explanationg is that is the the amount of days it should take for the job with a weekend in the middle.  They could care less otherwise and they force you to take your car to the place where you bought it.  So either way you lose.  I'm not a mechanic and I have no idea how long should any repairs take so why should I be worried after four days when there is a weekend in the middle????  

Not worth the money and I would never buy any warranty offered from this company. I called them, spoke to a supervisor and they refuse to cover my expenses within the contract.  This is why they want you to pay for the rentals upfront.  

I have owned many vehicles in my lifetime with full warranty and I have never encountered such unfairness as with Fidelity Warranty Services Car Medallion Protection.  None of this should happen when you do what your contract says to do.  Beware of this warranty company because you won't have peace of mind when your car breakdowns.  Not worth the money.  Find another company.
